Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized products, or gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for returning your item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes that may apply.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us at Everythingisdank@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist with arranging the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Everythingisdank@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized items
    • Products marked as final sale

8. Exchanges for Gifts

  • If the item was a gift and you wish to exchange it, please contact us, and we will assist in exchanging the item for something else or issuing a store credit.
